ADTU Distance Education?: For the academic year 2024–25, ADTU is not approved by UGC-DEB to offer distance education courses. Assam Down Town University (ADTU) offers numerous courses like BBA, BCA, MBA, and MA. To opt admission, students need to complete their 12th class or graduate from a recognized board or university with at least 50% marks for UG and bachelor degree from UGC recognised university. The application deadline is 29 September 2024*. The minimum duration of the courses ranges from 2 to 3 years. - BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration): Eligibility includes 12th class certificate with subjects like Business Studies, Economics, and English. Approx. fee is INR 20,000 per year.
- MBA: Eligibility requires bachelor’s degree with Finance, Marketing, and HR. Approx. fee is INR 40,000 yearly.
- BCA: You must have completed 12th board examination in any stream. Approx. fee is INR 30,000 per year.
- MA in Sociology: BA or any bachelor’s degree is needed from a recognised university. Approx. fee is INR 25,000 yearly.

ADTU Distance Education Admission?
Currently, ADTU does not offer distance learning as an option for admission. Students can apply for admission at this university in regular learning mode for the courses offered. The course window will open for commerce, management, engineering, technology, humanities, social sciences, nursing, and more. One can apply to BBA distance, MSC IT, MSC Botany, and MBA programs in the academic admission session of the ADTU distance window. ADTU presents many other courses to eligible candidates for admission.
The ADTU distance education online registration window can be followed in five simple steps. A detailed description of the ADTU admission registration has been given in the sections below. Entries to UG and PG general degree courses are allotted according to the mandatory qualifying exam marks. In contrast, candidates will have to pass management-level exams, e.g., CAT, XAT, or CMAT, for MBA admission.
